As we gathered, shared, and encouraged one another, a movement took shape—one that helps women rise, build, and lead with confidence and grace. Today, Women in Velocity continues to grow from that original spark of togetherness and purpose.

Our vision is to create a space where women rise with purpose—supported, inspired, and empowered to build lives and legacies they love. Women in Velocity exists to cultivate confidence, community, and meaningful progress, helping every woman move forward with clarity, strength, and grace.

Meet Our Founder
Women in Velocity was founded by Susan Szántósi, a woman who rebuilt her life with intention, softness, and strength—and wanted to create a space where others could do the same. Her journey through reinvention, motherhood, entrepreneurship, and rediscovering her femininity shaped a vision for a community that feels both modern and deeply human. Susan believes that women can grow in their careers, their relationships, and their inner world without losing their elegance or their true selves. Her heart for connection, honesty, and meaningful progress guides everything we do. Through her leadership, Women in Velocity has become a place where women feel seen, supported, and inspired to rise in a way that feels authentically feminine and uniquely their own.
The Phoenix Circle
The Phoenix Circle was born from a desire to gather women who lead with heart, intuition, and intelligence, those who embody a more feminine rhythm of growth. We are not only dreamers, but builders of legacy. Our presence marks the beginning of something deeper: a space for intimate power, aligned opportunities, and mutual rise.
We formed the Phoenix Circle as a quiet but intentional beginning, a founding group of five women rising within Women in Velocity. We are rooted in femininity, purpose, and connection. We move with grace and depth, creating from intuition as much as intelligence.
This Circle was not built for the spotlight, but for substance. It’s a space where legacy is nurtured, wealth is redefined, and women rise, not through force, but through alignment, devotion, and divine timing.
We are still in our earliest formation, gathering in private, listening inward, and shaping what this circle will become. It is not open to applications at this time.
